In Short:  We use Apple HealthKit framework to only provide health, motion or fitness services with connection to the app. It is never used for marketing, advertising or use based data mining, including by third parties

We’re committed to keeping your personal information safe and protected. That’s why we leverage Apple’s innovative technologies to safeguard your privacy on your device wherever possible. Apple shares our philosophy that personal data should always be protected on your device and never shared without your explicit permission. Our Application utilizes Apple Health and the HealthKit API to help our users understand and manage their personal health and fitness journey. You will be asked to grant permission to both reading and writing specific data items to and from Health. Your permission to access Health data will be requested and is required for the proper operation of our Application. Our Application utilizes Motion and Fitness tracking capabilities in Apple phones and watches. You will be asked to grant permission for our Application to utilize these capabilities. Your permission to utilize these capabilities will be requested and is required for the proper operation of our Application. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policies with regard to the use of Apple products, technologies, and services. Activity, performance and workout data, such as heart rate samples during a workout, are also collected by the Application. This data is only used to create smart routines for you, provide charts and summaries for you to understand your health and fitness journey better and never shared with anybody outside the application.
